| Point Hudson Beach during the Summer of 2004. An ordinary photo that could only tug at the heartstrings of a Port Townsend expatriate. As a runt growing up in the 1970s, I spent Summers there with friends and family. At low tide, I teased the bullheads and crabs and, on occasion, blasted out rough tones on a kelp horn, competing with resident foghorns.
